The Crest Theatre has welcomed Sacramento since 1912, and that welcome extends to everyone. We are committed to making both our historic venue and this website usable by all guests - including guests with disabilities that are not apparent. If anything here falls short for you, we want to hear about it and fix it.

To arrange accessible seating or any accommodation in advance, call (916) 476-3356. You never need to explain or prove a disability to ask - that includes non-apparent disabilities such as chronic pain, sensory sensitivities, or cognitive differences.

crest.theater is built toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The site is regularly checked with automated tooling and code review, and:
- A Display & Accessibility control (the floating button in the corner of every page) offers larger text, high contrast, always-underlined links, reduced motion, and a calmer background - your choices are remembered on this device.
- Every feature works by keyboard: a skip-to-content link, visible focus styles, and labeled controls throughout.
- The site honors your device's reduced-motion setting automatically, and images carry text alternatives for screen readers.
One known limitation: ticket checkout happens on ticketmaster.com, which is outside our control. If the ticketing site presents a barrier, call the box office at (916) 476-3356 and we will help you complete your purchase, including accessible seating.
